We had a fabulous roast dinner. Our server was fantastic and just the right amount of attentiveness. I would be hard pressed to find a better pork belly roast dinner anywhere and we also had some brilliant cocktails (lychee Collins was ) We sat upstairs where we could take in the beautiful view of the ocean. If you are looking for a place to go for a chilled meal with great food, drink and service - look no further!

Popped into SaltSheds tonight, awesome atmosphere and great live music! Loving the new menu and the steak was absolutely spot on, really enjoyed it. And of course, I can never turn down a Baked Camembert when it’s on the menu! We went a few weeks ago and it’s so nice to see this place transformed. We’ll definitely be back!

If you ever find yourself in Newquay and are not sure where to eat, this is the place for you! Not only was the service very fast, but the staff were also extremely friendly and ready to help with anything you need. Delicious food, quick service, and most importantly, a smiling and genuinely welcoming team.

Salt Shed is one of those places that you keep coming back to — not just for the food, but for the whole vibe. The first-floor restaurant already impressed me with its smoky flavours and generous portions, but now they’ve opened a second space upstairs, and it’s even better! ???? The new upstairs restaurant has a separate menu, stunning views from the terrace, and a great atmosphere. Cool music, friendly and attentive staff, and a place that’s actually clean and comfortable The food? Absolutely delicious. Everything is packed with flavour, portions are huge, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and location. Perfect for dinner with friends or a casual date night. Highly recommend checking out both floors — especially if you can catch a sunset from the terrace upstairs.

Visited on Monday at 5. Started getting busy, but staff were fab and food was delicious. Drinks were expensive, but good was responsibly priced.

Another great dog friendly bar / restaurant in Newquay. Fantastic friendly staff. I didn't actually try the food but my god the burgers that went past my table looked amazing and that was on a very full stomach. Great cocktail options and even better view.

Great place. Excellent vibe, beautiful weather. HedKandi played live so the house music was unreal... good food in the daytime. Nice crowd if you're a bit older (30 plus). Ended the night on the beach and in the ocean which is just a few hundred yards away! Second visit was much more civil, good food and service.
